Professor Leonard R. Kahn announces that the Apple system overloads and is causing more deaths, due to the overload, to our troops and also the Norwegians, and will continue to cause deaths because it is not properly thought out by engineers. The Apple CEOs and Microsoft are not doing this on purpose. It's just that they are salesmen, not engineers. You can prove that out by Googling their careers.
Unfortunately, the Obama cabinet, including its Secreatry of Transportation and the military/Defense Deptartment does not have independent engineers that would have the courage of confronting their superiors with the truth.
It's not that President Obama is doing this to cause death of our troops. Although, by killing Bin Laden and not taking him prisoner so that he could be questioned, he created a terrible problem for our country. Nevertheless the bureaucratic problem is there and must be
solved or deaths will continue. It should be obvious to any fair-minded, open-minded individual with reasonable intellligence, such as you find amongst any engineer and also even lawyers and talking heads, that if I can forecast million-to-one-shot events then there is something terribly wrong with out country.
This will also solve our economic problem because internet phones and so on must be replaced with technology that we have proposed where the cellphone never runs out or has to be recharged, and the cancerous radiations are discontinued so that children do not have brain damage.
In any case, we don't have a crystal ball. We just have years and years of engineering experience and mathematical background as a member of RCA Communications and RCA Laboratories; and ownership of Kahn Research Laboratories, which was a consultant to Bell Labs, and also Kahn Communications, Inc.
We will be bringing Peltier-type engines, running on water to Detroit, specifically General Motors, and with the proceeds of Apple's violation of my validated patents as shown by Justice Scalia's famous statement that Justice Roberts and I find the argument of the Justice Department and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit "Gobbledygook."

The fact that the Apple system does not work has struck deadly again. The latest is our brave troops that died where the helicopter was flying "blind." We are not suggesting that Micorsoft or Apple are doing anything dishonorable, but just plain stupid. They do not have any real engineers. And whenever one rears his ugly head (like when the antenna problem occurred), they fire him. This deadly one with our brave soldiers cannot be repeated again. Nor can our allies in England and Norway be put in the same position. We can use robots to fight if necessary, but certainly not "blind" internet devices.

Emergency, Emergency: Broadcasters may lose their First Amendment Right with the Democrat-Obama dictatorship. NPR and Glenn Beck report that there will be an attempt to form local control whereby panels in each station's locality checks whether or not statements by the broadcasting station reflects the local opinion of citizens. If they don't, they will have the right to shut the station down.
Kahn Communications has technology that cannot be jammed and to protect you, you should use your political clout immediately to obviate my solutions, which are draconian -- and are dangerous as my personal security is involved. So do it the easy way if you can. If not, we can obviate anything the FCC does with CAM-D and iSafe technology.
You must act immediately. Save the Constitution or the people's control via Franklin, Washington and Adams.

Just like Ruth's great grandparents were born in Italy, but Ruth in her WWII real Navy Hero, brother John Repetti, never would want Italy to compete with the USA. And the great Nils Lindenblad was born in Sweden and he loves the Swedish people, but he didn't trust them. And as usual, he was right....Nobel Prize to scientific illiterate Gore and our Muslim-practicing president, who if I remember correctly, got two Nobel prizes!
Please note that a disclosure of the instant invention protecting plane passengers was made early in June of this year 2010. Like all disclosures on WrathofKahn.org they are confidential and most importantly an earlier disclosure was made to the great Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas so I have proof of priority. The invention will sound simple but recognizing that all these great talking heads and airline experts, etc. didn't come up with it in this lenghty time. It clearly ain't obvious. Everybody boarding a plane...pilots, stewardesses, and pets and carry-on luggage, must board right as the plane is set to take off--that very last step. They will walk as fast as they can to get on the plane, just like they did 30 years ago. Then the plane will be tested in every way we can to find out if there are any dangerous situations, substances, etc. on the plane. And if not, it immediately takes off with minimum waste of fuel and violation of privacy. When it gets to its destination all machine-sensed information, bodily crevices, etc...will be destroyed unless like the original EWNS system, the machine information might be saved for the gestation period of the designer diseases that are still being developed by our president's favorite friend in Russia.

Early warning network security for new version, new application, being prepared for improvement of Kahn EWNS, disclosed in lecture in Washington, DC to Homeland Security. That was right after 2001 when we were all being concerned about Mullahs having little children -- and adults -- spread diseases with long gestation period...
The new system will avoid children being patted down and/or pictures being taken, which absolutely violates the basic rights to privacy that any civilized country that wears clothing enjoys.
And yet these brilliant bureaucrats are considering exempting religious people such as the very people that use their children to attack us, by blowing up aircraft.
What would be the technique in hindsight? Might sound simple and maybe somebody will be shouting obvious, but when millions of people literally are airline experts and space experts including airline experts, pilots, etc...it's the good old hindsight speaking.
What you do is you actually board the aircraft with one single entrance to board. You do all of your scanning -- every type you want to do -- and using the machinery that is already being purchased and installed in most major cities, you test for any dangerous substance, etc, with the normal machines and if there is nothing wrong, the plane immediately takes off, faster than they did pre-9/11/01, saving fuel, tempers, embarassment, etc, etc.
This is the type of technology which I plan to use to prove I am needed in the United States Senate and for free-market solutions to our problems like my FPLK Peltier solution to our gas problem by conservatively doubling the mileage of any car, space vehicle, farm vehicle, etc., etc..
Also, may I further brag about the first time I had argued with the great Oppenheimer and Company, Inc., in 2007 when I invested heavily in penny stock at 5 cents a share for the bankrupt General Motors. Fortunately, I bought a bundle at 3 and 4 cents a share. I think I heard something about GM stock being valauble. It's another of those obvious things. Economics has to follow politics. And any president -- even our worst president in the history of this country -- cannot allow GM to go under. (by the way I have pending a demand at the US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas follow the Constitution as amended and provide affirmative proof, which is his Constitutional burden).
The funny part of all of this is there never has been anything wrong with GM other than Henry Ford, who thought he was a great inventor. He wasn't. But he made all of Detroit fight any outside inventor -- small or large. So I will license GM at some point with the Peltier development which in its preferred embodiment, works with steam engines and which was invented before any bragging firm claims to have invented the automobile.
Amazing quirk of history--Abraham Lincoln, who also was a U.S. patent agent acting pro se, had one invention -- a steam vehicle that you could use for railroads or substitute for wheeled vehicles for road use. Amazing, as usual, I affirm all of these claims under the penalty of perjury.

Last week, as America memorialized the 9th Anniversary of 9-11-01, it was mind-boggling to the presidents’ infantile attack on our Constitution. This strange man and his wife, claim to have attended universities that brag they are the finest in the U.S.A., would have flunked out of the first lectures on Basic Business Law courses I gave to PHD candidates at various universities at NYC…Said ethnically diverse PHD candidates knew not to try and excuse poor performance because of skin color and would have been offended if I had even wasted a minute listening to any such lame excuses.
I suggest real lawyers read a cases that still are controlling law and were written 70 years ago by the great Chief Justice Hughes, and also by another well-known legal scholar Cordozo. Or the man served as both president of the USA and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, William Howard Taft, who knew that Robber Barons who started to destroy our nation, like Rockefeller, Morgan, the Oppenheimers and Credit Suisse, had to be controlled by antitrust laws….Amazingly, all those blood relatives are key defendants in the instant action and are also international cabal members in this RICO case that will be won, even if it takes the Supreme Court and the president to stick his REAL birth certificate on his brow between those enlarged ear flaps…

If I win in the Utah RICO case, which includes counts re: civil rights including religion and possible treason and waterlaundering money to pay Muslims in Iraq to blow up our troops….I will convince the courts that the only way to keep the vast majority of Muslims who are not killers….some of my best friends are Muslims, and I mean it, from being extorted. In order to save the lives of their six year old children from giving up their lives for Allah is to do what they are told…remember the founding fathers, Washington and Ben Franklin knew well about the Shores of Tripoli and that the only way to handle them was with the Marines. Therefore, I vow to convince the Congress to specifically enforce the Constitution by a clarifying amendment that states that the Muslim religion is not a religion but inherently an attempt to destroy all democracies. And we are the main target. Just look at what has already happened to The U.K., France and Germany, if you don't believe this.
Is this a courageous step? Not at all. There are good people, loyal people, who have had enough of this and believe in the Constitution and are certain that if this sick president was a citizen he would provide proof. It is not a requirement that I in this litigation or anyone who has standing prove that he isn’t a citizen. It’s his affirmative duty to prove his citizenship. And there isn’t a valid member of the Supreme Court who doesn’t understand this. I assume even the invalid ones who are put on the Court by Obama know that much about the Constitution.
If this doesn’t get to the right people by the Internet, due to any delaying tactics, it will be mailed to all of the defendants in the RICO case, putting them on notice, including the sickest of the sick Mayor Bloomberg and his buddy George Soros.

Certified questions proposed by Kahn to U.S. Tax Court:
1. Is the the Tax Court subject to the a) NOERR Corruption Exception or b) The Kahn Customer Suit Exception?;
2. Does the decisions of the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia apply to the Tax Court?;
3. Does the 18 USC 1831-9, The Economic Espionage Act, apply to the Tax Court?;
4. Is the tax Court required to provide Due Process under The Bill of Rights, including its last 4 words, OR TO THE PEOPLE?

The Wall Street Journal may applaud their new electronic book, but it won't work--for the same reason that Apple and all of the other announced books wont. Not only won't they work, but they is dangerous--because their use by the public will guarantee another internet OVERLOAD and can (will) cause another disaster for our country. Unfortunately, WSJ's board has some very smart people, but zero technology skills. And they are even green as an overall board, with some very dumb guys --oooh, don't sue me (or do sue me)--in control. You must remember they were the big initial supporters for the HD Radio and TV and they still don't know it doesn't work--because of SPECTRUM. So Leonard, if you're such a hot shot, how will your machine work? Simple. The amount of bandwidth required for just reading a book, even with color text, but no pictures, is less than the bandwidth of narrowband voice. You just have to know a little engineering, folks....

Rush Limbaugh, one of the Right-Wing, pro-free enterprise, pro-strong defense pundits, is right about 85% of the time. Where he does the country a great disservice is when he pines on scientific matters. For example, just about a week ago, he made fun of a scientist working on of all such things, turtle behavior, and he stated that there is no light brighter than the sun. Anyone with a five-dollar flashlight knows if you put it close to your eye, the sun is not the brightest bulb we respond to. I woundn't have remembered this so clearly if he didn't attack this poor lady who was flabbergasted, defending her scientific competency.
Now today, he's attacking of all people Schumer, one of the most despicable politicians NY has ever been subjected to. And what is it all about? It's about the new Apple iPhone 4, which is about the stupidest thing Apple and I'm sure the other charlatan of the computer industry Bill Gates have concocted. They think they can just keep adding information upon information and there is no scientific penalty. This means brain cancer risk and the information overload problem which caused the loss of lives on 9-11-01, which I predicted when Motorola first tested the internet concept and spawned these problems on 9-11-01. They are at it again. And Mr. Schumer has a right to want to protect the lives of New Yorkers and Washingtonians and every single major city that is now under attack by the Muslim terorists. But, if these Democrats think this is good news, I hate to dis-abuse them.
This nonsense was started by a man named Bloomberg, who has attacked the consitution of NY State, who wanted to increase the funds on traffic light tickets by identifying the actual face of the driver with a high-resolution procedure. This statement uses language that I use with Federal Courts, because it will be clearer and more concise.
1. The petitioner, in common with all concerned Americans, has noted that the President is taking a number of positions that reverse positions he took in his successful campaigns to win nomination from the Democratic Party and then win the 2008 election for President..."such as DRILL, BABY, DRILL Oil in the Gulf of Mexico."
2. Not only was this a sudden change in policy, but so was his NEXT DAY change of the long-term policy of supporting Israel at the United Nations.
The probability of these changes in policy approaches ZERO, and then considering the timing, in the opinion of Kahn and his friends and some of his students trained in probability theory, impossible absent a sinister motive by our president.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Hear ye, Hear ye, all former employees of Kahn Research or KCI, or students of Prof. Leonard at Poly or NYU, or employees of any broadcast group, or Grumman:
I am making the following secret unsolicited proposal for a new type of space vehicle, based upon the FPLK system, which I have already proposed as a trade secret to the automotive industry -- inlcuing Toyota, Ford, GM and also the US Goverment (Homeland Security, Etc..)
This FPLK system, also called the Peltier Effect Concept, has almost a 300-year history, starting with the greatest inventor of his time, Benjamin Franklin, and his proof that lightnign was the same as static electricity -- as it could be detected by a lyden jar...the veins parted. He then disclosed the first practical application protecting tall buildings from lightning -- 1752. His invention reduced a number of church fires in America and Europe by 100 to One. Pretty Good.
The next step was taken by a well-resepected French Theoretical Physicist, J. Peltier. He was working on the only minor defect of Franklin's invention. There were burn marks next to the lighting rods that required frequent painting. While he never solved the problem, he did notice this amazing fact: If you took, say, a 100-ft iron rod and placed small pieces of, say, copper, at both ends and passed current throught the combination, it would transform cold to hot...and more importantly, transform hot to cold. What an amazing observation. It amazed Einstein, who used the effect to measure the speed of light and prove it was a constant. That, even he could not not explain, but it let him make his observation that led to the end of the war with Japan. And the equation E=MC2 .
The next step was taken by my main mentor at RCA Labs, Nils Lindenblad, who ended the Battle of Britain, the Traveling Wave Tube, that make high-powered radar practical. Nils lived to two weeks short of 100 years and about a quarter century ago he called Ruth and I and asked if he could tell us about his first practical use for Peltier to keep his lunch cold. And this has been used to ship human parts from ghoulish firms such as NYU-Tisch to the highest bidder within three hours. Nils said it was the most inefficient device he ever proposed, but it had no mechanical parts and was fail-proof.
The next step was mine, where I took the heat from an engine and used it to produce ice-cold air conditioning, thus making the engine as close as 100% efficient as conceivable. If anyone has Lincoln Limo, if its engine is shot (real cheap), replace it with a Ford engine, take off the radiator and the fan and put a metal bar to get the energy Peltier requires. And the other end you have your air conditioning. And an engine with at least 300 MPG. And one that we can demonstrate to the motor industry, and most importantly, NASA.
Help end death in space. Thus, we are requesting NASA to consider our proposal. Please recognize this is a trade secret because we have to have a means of destroying our spacecraft after we get the occupants out as such as vehicle can threaten a major city -- NY, DC, etc...and we must have an override or destruct control, and it must be (of course) secret that only I will know. Otherwise our enemies can use it to blackmail us.

For over a week, I have been working on my Peltier invention....mainly spooky things, but recently a top engineer challenged me to use it on homes and other things so as to drop our dependence on oil altogether -- and to avoid using atomic energy.
In other words, to really gore Gore. To do this for a home you need a rod, of course, with the two ends being dissimilar metals. No mechanical parts. But there is a danger of lightning, so you have to carefully use lighting arrestors, like you use to protect antennas today.
To avoid circulating diseases in the home, if you insulate it, you need my EWNS system. Why would you use insulation since the power is free? To avoid drafts that would make it uncomfortable. Then you need to analyze any matter, again, for the EWNS system and the Doctor could even save family members from even normal colds or whatever.
Anyway, that would really destroy the Russians and Cubans any anybody else that doesn't like us by blackmailing us with oil.
The next step: What about crops? You could grow any crop or any farm animal in the same way, without the use of any fuel, with my Peltier system.
At this point, after I finished this hard mental work, but I still am living on Social Security, I decided to relax until my next Social Security check came in. And then darling AT&T woke me up from a 45- minute sleep, claiming I owe them $3000, when I owe them nothing, as I have never had cable. And their computer records have to know it, because we made a deal.
I tuned into Clear Channel, where I like to listen to Rush to get important news and agree with him 90% of the time, except when his snobbery comes through....like he denied the lady that Bush proposed to the Supreme Court. The lady is a methematician and she worked at Texas Instruments, which don't particularly love as a defendant, but this lady has technology and a critical way of reasoning that, other than Justice Thomas can equal.
However, she has the training, he doesn't.
Now, at the end of the day of the rape of congress, I expected to hear Levin, who claims to love the troops and America and he issues a threat to me, clearly, that he is going to file a case of Interference With Contract. And the joke is Justice Thomas will have today my request to settle with everybody, except IRS and the killers of my wife (NYU Tisch and his buddy Mayor Bloomberg). As I don't need the money, but I am perfectly willing to educate Mr. Levin on his code of ethics.
A lawyer who knows his client is committing a fraud or worse yet a RICO crime, loses his license. Especially when he is helping and abetting the President commit three major crimes and murdering our troops. Since I do not beleive Matt Drudge or Mr. Levin are member of the Patent Bar, where such techinical matters would best be resolved. The only bar that should consider this is the Supreme Court Bar. And since I actually have had the high honor of being heard by Justice Giles Rich, with his name of the CAFC, three times. Once before I was even admitted to the Patent Bar.
And since it is a question of presidential importance, I have already asked Justice Thomas to appoint Judge Posner, Chief Judge of the 7th Circuit, to consider the matter and I would accept only 6% of what Judge Posner finds is fair and equitable. And end the litigation, except for the killers of Ruth Repetti Kahn. And the IRS, which is the enforcement agency for President Obama.

As you's all know, I is one of those peoples that loves money. So how come I now have (and this is after the Social Security check) only $76 to last me the rest of the month? So therefore you might expect greedy Leonard would be interested in Toyota's little problem, which the Japanese Government tells them they must fix it or go bankrupt.
The solution is in my book -- at least partially. So I did a little thinking, and here's what the total solution is:
It's based upon real recent technology, like the 1850's. And it's called "The Peltier Effect." A highly theoretical physicist who tried to find proof of a strange theory that -- believe it or not -- Ben Franklin started with his lightning arrestor. According to the churches of all denominations, Ben never believed in any formal religion, but he asked the same question that all of us have thought of: How did it all start and when will it ever all end? So he made his own religion -- a very logical one...
So when Ben figured that lightning was electrical and a lighting arrestor could stop tall buildings, mainly churches, from burning to the ground, all religions wanted to take credit for Ben being a convert.
Now, let's get specific: If you take Peltier's work, he was trying to figure out what happens when dissimilar metals contact. So during his experiment, he found that if you take a rod, a steel rod for example, and you take a piece of copper touching that steel rod (and to save time, he did it on both ends of the steel rod, because he didn't like to run from one end of the lab to the other), if he heated say the top part of the junction, the bottom got ice cold. And then, if he put ice on the bottom, the top got very, very hot.
So Leonard's concept was to put one junction right near the engine where heat is most intense and then bring that over (if it's hot outside) near your brake pedal...Voila!....Air conditioning.
On the other hand, when it's cold out, you do the reverse. This basic Peltier Effect is briefly described in "Pro Se, A Fool For a Client," which was written about a year before Toyota got in trouble. In the book, I discussed the great Swedish inventor and physicist Nils Lindenblad. As Nils was close to death, he had transferred from RCA Labs on Long Island to the new labs in Princeton, NJ. And he would be chauffered to the lab once or twice per week. And he asked me if I remembered our discussions about the Peltier Effect when James Finch assigned me to the lab. Well, I now have what I believe is the first practical application of Peltier. I have my sandwich in my Peltier ice box. I don't know that RCA ever picked up on that refrigerator, because in all inventions you need the inventor to push it through. End of Story.
Another practical problem in cars is there are still stupid people who smoke. And occasionally by dropping a cigarette butt and start a fire in the car's rug. The solution is simple and acutally less expensive than the rugs. You first put on the bare floor a coat of plastic. Then when that sets, you put another layer with whatever color you want and you make sure there is a space between the plastics. You seal it and cause a vacuum by exhuasting the space between. Then you seal it. And since that vacuum will not conduct any heat (no molecules to vibrate), you have a highly efficient situation that would even work for all cars built years ago...and save fuel.

So I am ending this book with a prediction about one of my best living friends:

In view of the alleged illegal and irresponsible acts of the FCC, as a result of huge expenditures of hundreds of millions of dollars of lobbying money, (far more than the infamous Tea Pot Dome Scandal some 100 years ago), a large number of Americans, who have historically depended on FREE TV and given, as it is alleged herein, there are plans if one Defendant, iBiquity Digital has its way, for the conversion of Free AM/FM radio to a pay service, less affluent individuals are in fear of being denied their most effective ways to receive emergency notification of a possible 9/11/01 communications disaster, and also warnings of severe storms that require them to seek shelter to protect their very lives. This, manifestly, is, must be, the main purpose of this affidavit.
I first met Mr. Dave Ward when he was serving as the Assistant Antitrust Attorney General for the State of New York, and was most impressed how he treated me with respect, even though he knew I was acting pro se and without political "clout" ... a free market conservative... he was amazingly familiar with cases I just researched, and most impressive were, and are, his analytical powers. Then for years we had brief discussions, and when he left his position with New York State then I learned he was a Marine and later in the Gulf War he was a real hero...and when he picked me up at the train I told him I had to visit the Pentagon he took me to my meeting and then I was truly shocked.. When we walked in Generals and Admirals jumped up and stood at attention in respect to Marine Lt. Colonel David O. Ward. And my old friend Dave, never ever had mentioned he had actually served... And finally when he joined the FCC as a senior Attorney, I was amazed to find he had a deep understanding of engineering, and was Head of Homeland Security...and had proposed and developed a number of computer systems that have helped this Nation avoid another 9/11/01 Attack... Who can better help this Honorable Court decide whether or not the Federal Communications Commission is acting in the Public Interest?
4. The next old friend preparing an affidavit is Jerry Smith, who after cleaning up the FCC, will be a candidate for Senator. Not in 2010, but soon thereafter...Jerry is a youngster and he stands out in a crowd. As the old on-the-air TV weatherman/comic, and also even on the east side of the Great State of Florida, Tampa and Ft. Myers.
5. But most relevant to the instant case is the fact that Dave Ward and Jerry Smith, even as caucasians, have the deep respect, as I do, for all races, colors, etc. and deeply love our nation and its Constitution. And all three, all of us, really KNOW THE FCC. Its good and EVIL SIDE and have full knowledge of the impact of the destruction of FREE OVER-THE-AIR TELEVISION ON THE POOR BLACK, WHIE AND LATINO AMERICANS.
6. Leonard was interviewed just three days ago on 10/26 by a real live reporter who asked a real serious question: "How do you know that Dave Ward, who comes out of the Navy where no Blacks and Jews were permitted to serve, even as cooks, and Jerry Smith from Jacksonville, weren't bigots?" The answer is because I know them personally and these are good, intelligent people and bigots AIN'T. And my momma told me that you have to have great respect and appreciation of Black people because they suffered worse than even Jews from slavery all over the world. Particularly in Africa, where Arabs hunted them down like animals.
The good 'ol days.
Anyway, the late Mr. James Barr got up with his Texas voice and made fun of the FCC Commissioners in front of 3,000 broadcasters when he said, "Didn't they know that all the systems, with the exception of Kahn's 'Platform Motion,' made even dogs vomit?" Since I, Leonard, am one of those naysayers, maybe the original iBiquity one, as I have been saying and proving mathematically for over a decade DIGITAL doesn't work and I have even been the "one" subject to an official FCC attack with my own Section (112) of the Telecommunications Act of 1934, (2007 revision), wherein the FCC declared they wouldn't permit me to Petition the Government, a Constitutional Violation...
I guess I should be insulted...But it just makes me sad...Because I remember the good old days then FCC Commissioners listened to FCC engineers and even us outside engineers, not just those lobbyists...
ANYWAY Mr. Copps, you were WATCHING PAY CABLE, Not over-the-air- FREE TV...

The work done at the Lab also allowed Kahn to pay payroll, rent and his living expenses. (At this time KCI has temporally ceased operations and was even threatened by his landlord of 10 years with dispossession, when just a few years ago Kahn’s fortune exceeded $16 million. Mayor Bloomberg, also refused to act on Kahn’s direct plea to overrule the politically explosive frivolous, sophomoric, argument that this Honorable Court lacked Jurisdiction, citing the 11th Amendment. However, the Plaintiff suggests his right to Life & Liberty under the Constitution, and Bill of Rights, and the Magna Carta were not overruled by the Eleventh Amendment. (If the 11th Amendment was so powerful, why are there literally tens of thousands of suits successfully filed against police departments all over the country?)

As the Court will recall, Kahn stated that he did not, and does not have enough funds to continue the conditional lease with its “Jew Tax” and more importantly, C.U.M.’s refusal to permit him to use a dish antenna to communicate with HOMELAND SECURITY GOVERNMENT Florida & Federal AGENCIES, as AT&T, still involved with Bell Labs through Lucent which is one of the five Defendants now facing appeal in the United States Supreme Court, refused to provide normal service to any Kahn radio transmitter in Oakland Park . Thus, the spacious upper floor office was useless for Kahn’s stated plan to demonstrate his iSAFEtm invention, and indeed, for any broadcast studio service, as C.U.M. and its attorneys were informed, therefore, C.U.M. unilaterally terminated the contract. Since, key shouting conversations with the “Nazi” or one of his lawyers, can be confirmed by witnesses, a jury may well equate C.U.M’s actions as disloyalty to Florida and, indeed, to the United States. Thus, manifestly, federal issues will control the case and the case should not be removed to the

Furthermore, if Mr. Tighe now changes his attitude re discovery, I will withdraw the new 6th Defense i.e., “Knowingly and willingly Interference with State and Federal Homeland Security, that some might believe are acts of disloyalty.” Actually, in my personal opinion, this question may be best investigated by the Justice Department, not in this civil action.

b) Permit Kahn to conduct Discovery to defend himself against brand new Motions to Dismiss and support requests for sanctions for prior frivolous motions;
c) Schedule a trial as soon as it is convenient for this Honorable Court;
d) Relief is sought individually and severally and that joint and several judgments be entered in Plaintiff’s favor against each of the Defendants; and
e) In addition the Plaintiff prays that this Honorable Court grants such other and further relief as the Court deems just.

Even though we cannot share the R&D Engineering credit we are getting the legal credit, as we are filing a Rule Making requiring all AM & FM and TV & Satellite stations to spend a few thousand dollars to protect the Public Interest in the Rodent With Sharp Teeth War (RWSTW) and lightning, etc. as a price for being even a part time unattended station... and also have toilet facilities because engineers should be at least taken care of as well as mice and also since all Xmtrs are more reliable when the temperature is regulated...
